All top Realtors know the importance of showing up to a listing appointment with a properly prepared listing presentation. Why then do so many mortgage originators go into Realtor meetings with no plan, and then wonder why they don’t get great results?

if you notice the Realtor mentions he liked the PP (Powerpoint) and how it was a differentiator. That is because Brad was prepared and knew what he was going to say to build trust and generate leads.
