Recently one of our students shared with me how our simple 4-slide presentation to a Realtor resulted in a lead and a referral to another agent in her office. 
Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen if your value proposition with your Realtor is, “Send me a deal, and I will send you a deal.”

In fact, this is a terrible strategy, if you are wanting to scale your business.

The truth is, you must have a plan for your Realtor meetings, you need to know what you are going to say AND how you are going to say it.
